This is a great opportunity to meet up with local folks to buy, sell, or trade your used games. We will have several tables available, so bring in a pile of games priced to sell or ready for trade, or just show up with some cash and hunt for an awesome deal! Sellers, please note that there will be a fee of $10 per table-section assigned, which must be paid in cash at the start of the flea market (this money will go directly toward to convention). Each table will be divided into 2-3 sections depending on the size.
All sellers/traders are responsible for their own merchandise and sales throughout the event. Please inventory all items ahead of time and provide accurate information regarding their condition and completeness. Also note that this event is intended for individuals selling used items. A few brand new, in-shrink items will be allowed, but cannot comprise more than 10% of your total inventory. Businesses or individuals looking to primarily sell new merchandise should work with RinCon staff to reserve a vendor booth in the main hall throughout the convention.
Assignment of tables will be prioritized by attendees who register for this event, including the wait list if all available slots are full. Some sections will also be reserved for vendors looking to sell used merchandise. All remaining sections will be available on a first come, first served basis at the event. Sellers must be at the event 15-30 minutes prior to the start time to get a table assignment, pay their fee, and set up their games. If you register for this event but do not show up at least 15 minutes early, your space may be given away if needed. The allocated time on this schedule is when the event will be open to buyers.
